This was the afghan I made my mom for Christmas. I used four strand of homespun Christmas yarn. The blanket ended up being about the size of a lap blanket. It is used more as a decorative throw. I got this pattern from Michaels.com. However I do not think that it is available anymore. This afghan was crocheted with a speed hook.
