One of my friends is getting married in July and I am going to make her garter. It is supposed to be her something blue and she wanted it to be elastic not something that ties on only.
I have gotten a few ideas off ravelery such as: this and this. Comments or any other ideas of where to get a nice garter that would fit the above description would be great!
